What To Expect
Step 1 — Interest Form
Share what you’re working on and what you’d like to improve. I will follow up to schedule
Step 2 — Intake + First Hypnosis Session
We will work on a full intake of your goals, and start with hypnosis. A 75 minute session.
Step 3 — Session (Online via Zoom)
Follow up sessions are 60 minute tailored session focused on your specific goal.
Step 4 — Integration
You may receive recommendations for continued work, including audio support or additional sessions if needed.
Most of my work centers around focus, performance, and working with the mind under pressure.
